What if My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?Updated 7 months ago

Packages are considered "Lost" when there has not been a scan or update by the shipping carrier for more than 5 business days. At this time, we will escalate the concern to the carrier to determine if the items can be located. Should the carrier confirmed the items are lost, our standard process in these instances would be to offer a store credit for the value of the items that have been lost in transit. Our optional VCare coverage on your order will offer Refund or Replacement solutions based on your preference.

If your order status is delivered but your order has not arrived, please wait at least 1 business day before attempting to file a claim. After 1 business day from the delivered status, file a claim with Village Craft & Candle here.
