What if I choose not to take VCare, and my order arrives damaged?Updated 5 months ago

Without VCare coverage on your order, situations in which items are received damaged in transit will be resolved with store credit for the value of what is received damaged. As an example, if 3x vessels are received damaged in a case of 12x, store credit will be offered for the value of the 3x damaged vessels. In that same scenario, with VCare, the solution offered would be a full replacement of all 12x vessels with a new case, or a refund of the full case.
