VCare's terms and conditions are subject to Village Craft & Candle's standard Returns and Exchanges policy.

With VCare, orders will be offered an option to refund, or replace, any items deemed physically damaged, or lost in transit. Please note that for damaged items, photos will need to be provided to verify the items requiring coverage. Simply use our Contact form to initiate your claim if you believe that your order requires coverage through VCare.
