Why can't I find Sezzle as a payment option in checkout?Updated 19 days ago
If you're having challenges locating our Buy-Now, Pay-Later partner Sezzle as a payment option in checkout, you may already be logged in to an existing payment provider, preventing you from seeing this option. In order to take advantage of Sezzle payments, you need to be sure that you're not already logged in to the Shop Pay experience, as they offer their own Instalment program as well. While logged in to your checkout page, take note to see if there is a prominent Shop Pay logo all on its own near the top of your page, as shown in this illustration:
If your checkout page looks a bit like the screenshot above, with the Shop Pay logo displayed prominently, it may indicate that you're logged in to that system and need to exit it in order to choose Sezzle as a payment provider. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select the option to "Check Out as a Guest".
That will re-load the page, and offer more options on the payment side of things, including being able to choose Sezzle or PayPal as payment options.
